The total stay was really good on our vacation. The location was stunning, just a short stroll away from Rehana Beach. There were an old market and a local market around the hotel.

The only info we had for this hotel was from their web site. It all looked ok so took pot luck with the booking which was cost driven to be fair. This hotel really was luxurious at a great ,albeit quiet, location. Fabulous pools, great access to lovely warm sea, food of a varied and very high standard and every member of staff being corteous and helpfull at all times. Loved every minute of our holiday and cannot reccommend this hotel enough. We will return; no doubt about it.
There really was nothing to complain about for us ( 2 x mature adults) For the younger visitor perhaps looking for the bars and company of other young people then it it is a 10 minute taxi ride (£2.50) to 'where the action is'. Should point out that on our visit there was mostly Russians staying and very few Brits.

WiFi connection could be better!!! It was irritating checking on food availability during off hours!!! The key card system needs fixing to avoid unnecessary trips to reception!!! Not clear restaurant inclusions based on stay duration!!!

the food was outstanding in the restaurant. met reasonably good and attentive staff from the recieption to the house keeping guys till the life guard and the bar man and waiters, the superior room had all necessary amenities.

The pools & gardens were well kept. The rooms were big.
The food on the all inclusive basis was dreadful, we all had bad stomachs and so did a lot of other guess, the quality was poor. The service appeared to be good at first, but then as the holiday progressed it was obvious that if you wasn't constantly tipping the staff then they couldn't be bothered, I am happy to tip if a good service is provided but not to reserve one.
